Kevin Wolfe defended his Ph.D. dissertation, “Justifying Democracy beyond Nietzsche’s Critique,” in the Religion, Ethics & Politics subfield. Kevin’s research and teaching interests include Moral Philosophy, Nineteenth and early Twentieth-Century German Philosophy, African-American Religious and Political Thought, Classical and Contemporary American Pragmatism, Modern Continental Philosophy, Political Theory, and Religious and Philosophical Ethics. He received his A.B. in Religion from Bowdoin College, and an M.T.S. from Harvard Divinity School.
