Although I chose to pursue a career outside of academia, I was interested in mission-driven work that aligned with my commitments and leveraged my skills and training. After a brief period in nonprofit administration, I joined AGB Search in 2024. The firm specializes in recruiting academic and administrative leaders in higher education, with a proven commitment to supporting colleges and universities, as well as the pipeline of higher education leadership. In my current role as Director for Proposal Development, I oversee the firm's Proposal Specialists and proposal development process, which includes working closely with principals and the Client Development team to create contacts and develop relationships with prospective clients, including the senior leadership of colleges, universities, and university-related foundations.

My experiences at Princeton have been invaluable to me in this position. On a daily basis, I leverage my background in teaching and research, familiarity with academic calendars and administrative structures, and skills in analyzing, synthesizing, and communicating complex data to understand and interpret the needs of our clients and the changing higher education landscape.
